Site Conditions - Examination of site drainage, ground slope and downspout connections, which are critical concerns that often contribute to wet basements. We also review walkways, steps, and retaining walls.

Exterior Components - Including primary doors and windows, masonry/siding, decks, porches, and garage.

Structural - Inspection of important load-bearing components including foundations, main girder, floor beams, bearing support systems, attic structure, trusses, etc. (where visible) for structural integrity.

Plumbing - Examination of visible interior supply and drainage piping, plumbing fixtures, water pressure, and hot water heater for safety and proper function.

Appliances - Examination of all the "fixed" kitchen appliances normally included in your purchase.

Electrical - Checked for safety, capacity, working condition, and circuitry. Main panels are opened and carefully reviewed, outlets are spot checked, and grounding conditions are reported.

Air Conditioning & Heating - Inspection of exterior housings, mechanical connections, visible flues and ducts, as well as an examination of functioning components working condition.

Energy Audits - We report on the presence of insulation, as well as making recommendations for energy saving improvements.

Advice/Recommendations - On items of significance, including what to check for on your walk through inspection.

Inspection Follow Up - Our inspectors are available 7 days a week to answer additional questions you may have after the inspection. We gladly make recommendations for future maintenance and improvements.
